Cancellation Policy:

Day tours

• Up to three weeks prior - full refund, less deposit
• up to two weeks prior - 75% refund, less deposit
• less than two weeks of outing - no refund
• Please note: tickets are non-refundable
  

Extended trips

• up to one month prior - full refund less 10% deposit
• up to three weeks prior - 75% refund, less 10% deposit
• less than three weeks prior - no refund
